Happy Independence Day, everyone!

Dragons, can you believe it's been a whole year? Last year, everything in Rechesa was still such a mess that if you'd told me I would be home for this year, I probably would have called you crazy, haha. I wouldn't even have hesitated about it. In fact, I think a few of the nobles accompanying us even said as much, and I told them as much ... haha, that wasn't very graceful of me, was it? I imagine they're still bearing a grudge!

I've missed Norey terribly. I think I'm going to go down to one of those Roma sweet carts and pick up something to eat, if anyone else would like to join me. We've still got plenty of time before the fireworks, after all, and the entire city has turned out practically just to welcome us home! Dragons, Fayre, I wish you could be home to see this, it's the best holiday there's been in years. You wouldn't even recognize the place.
